What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and contract (delivering services).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards. Some of our team members work outside the UK; any international transfers are protected with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
